Sales Development Representative

As a Linc Sales Development Representative, you’ll take our enterprise outbound/ABM strategy to the next level. This will require deep research and comprehensive understanding of our value propositions, use cases and customers’ pain to engage prospects in the most targeted way possible.

Your Mission

As a Linc Sales Development Representative, you’ll take our enterprise outbound/ABM strategy to the next level.

This will require deep research and comprehensive understanding of our value propositions, use cases and customers’ pain to engage prospects in the most targeted way possible.

Personalized engagement will center on persona-based email messaging and LinkedIn outreach, with the goal of prospects scheduling sales meetings.

Accordingly, thriving in this role requires endless curiosity, passion for learning, strong writing skills, and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • ICP account research & buying committee mapping
  • Establishing and writing customized value propositions and use cases
  • Conducting CX audits of websites to provide prospects with personalized use cases
  • Responding to inbound inquiries, assisting in lead qualification
  • Writing persona-based LinkedIn comments and email sequences

Qualifications

  • Passionate about customer experience. Love the commerce space
  • Motivated to be a high performing hunter and looking to grow into an Sales Development leader
  • Experience with playbook creation/development/optimization
  • Collaborative and Coachable
  • Disciplined and diligent to do account level research following a playbook
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Superb attention to detail

Good to have

  • Technical knowledge of marketing technology, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce and Mixmax)
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales processes
  • Bonus points: First-hand knowledge of the CX space, ecommerce and retail
