Director of Demand Marketing

We’re looking for that special someone who can join us to lead and grow a demand generation team to develop and execute the right integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy.

We’re looking for that special someone who can join us to lead and grow a demand generation team to develop and execute the right integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy. An aggressive, senior leader who can generate and capture high intent revenue opportunities that Marketing and our Sales team work together to convert into new customers. A leader with strong ABM experience, results-driven  who has proven their ability to build scalable, predictable models that inform their approach and can earn the confidence of the Linc leadership team as we increase investment and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy through a process of design, measurement, and analysis
  • Dissect our buyer journey and work with our Revenue team to deliver the right marketing or sales action at each step throughout the journey to maximize the yield of highly qualified opportunities
  • Establish marketing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Measure the success of various marketing channels
  • Test and iterate on campaigns to drive perpetual improvement and focus on the highest impact marketing activities
  • Develop account-based marketing programs to help win and grow key accounts

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise B2B demand generation and have success stories to prove it
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience leading an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy, including social media, paid social, channel marketing events & webinars, public relations, content, webinars, email marketing campaigns, sponsorships activities, paid search, direct mail, and content syndication
  • Experience managing a significant marketing budget with accountability for financial results
  • Leadership experience growing and nurturing marketing talent
  • Deep knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce with attribution and reporting emphasis
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Bonus points: First-hand knowledge of the CX space, ecommerce and retail
